Account & Data Deletion

At Bastion, developed by Shabbar Tinwala, we respect your data sovereignty. If you created an account to sync your focus stats, streaks, or duels, you can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion

Method 1: Direct In-App Deletion (Instant)

You can instantly delete your account and all associated data directly inside the application:

Open the Bastion app on your Android device.
Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.
Scroll down and tap Profile or Account Settings.
Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm your decision. Your account and cloud records are immediately and permanently erased.

Method 2: Web / Email Request

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can submit a deletion request via email:

Send an email to: contact.with.ezz@gmail.com
Use the subject line: Delete My Bastion Account
Include the email address registered with your Bastion account.

Data Handling, Deletion & Retention

When you delete your account, here is exactly what happens to your data:

Profile Information (Username, Avatar)	Permanently deleted from database and storage buckets.	None (0 days)
Focus Stats & Streaks	Permanently erased from cloud sync databases.	None (0 days)
Duel Challenge Records	Permanently removed from matchmaking and duel tables.	None (0 days)
Local Device Data	Cleared when logging out / deleting account or uninstalling app.	None (0 days)

We do not retain any personal information, backup copies, or user identifiers once the deletion request has been processed.

Processing Timeline

• In-App Deletion: Effective immediately.

• Email Requests: Verified and completed within 48 to 72 hours.
